How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

Come into our Neutral Bay outlet (Shop 7/260 Military Rd, Neutral Bay) with your item and speak with one of our friendly staff.  .

OR

1. Mail your returned item to:

2. Include in your package brief description of the fault in the item or the reason for requesting a refund. 

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include Music, Books, DVD's, Oils, Incense and Herbs.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Earrings cannot be returned due to Hygine reasons.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We will however, not charge this fee if there is a manufacturers fault with the item.

Change of Mind

 We allow an exchange to be made if you have changed your mind, subject to the above conditions, provided that you bring the item into our Neutral Bay store WITHIN 7 DAYS of Purchase.  Please also be aware of our Restocking Fee.

Shipping Fees

We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order and cannot reinburse you for the cost of shipping an item back to us.
